Client Description
Our client, a well-known listed securities company, is urgently seeking a Senior Officer to join the expanding team in Hong Kong.
Job Description
Assist the Accounting & Settlement Team to establish and implement operating procedures to ensure proper internal accounting controls.
Responsible for internal reconciliation and follow-up.
Check daily reconciliation report to ensure trades are promptly settled; processing activities include stock transactions through CCASS.
Ensure settlement processes are performed in accordance with appropriate internal procedures and regulatory bodies.
Deliver timely and accurate reports and data entries.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above.
At least 5 years of solid experience in Accounting & Settlement, with banking or financial fields back office working experience highly preferred.
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Mature, independent, proactive, responsible, smart, detail-oriented, and a good team player.#J-18808-Ljbffr
