  Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in level 2 technology solution/support service delivery in the banking/financial industry Expert on either Core Banking or Cards and ITIL & SDLC framework Good understanding of either Open System or AS400 Familiarity with enterprise tools (MQ, Connect Direct, Control) and monitoring, log analytics, automation tools (Geneos, Splunk, Ansible, Grafana, Elastic Search) Open to working in shift and off business hours   If you are interested, kindly send your CV to for a confidential discussion.
