? Oversee and optimize operational processes for corporate training and coaching.
? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
? Client Relationship Management:
? Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship building.
? Coordinate service delivery schedules and logistics to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
? Regulatory Compliance:
? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to service delivery.
? Facilitate documentation and administrative processes as needed for corporate training programs.
Being well versed in HRDC processes is a huge plus
? On-Site Support and Facilitation:
? Travel to training locations as needed to provide on-site support and facilitate training sessions.
? Ensure smooth execution of training activities and respond to client needs during sessions.
? Administrative Support:
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions, program outcomes, and compliance activities.
? Provide administrative support such as documentation management, data entry, and reporting.
Qualifications:
? A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred.
? Proven experience in operations management, client relations, or similar roles within a service-oriented organization.
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or similar design tools is preferred
Working Conditions:
? Frequent travel to client sites and training locations is required.
