Job DescriptionThis position involves overseeing logistical aspects of all service offerings, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance for corporate training initiatives. The role also requires frequent travel and on-site presence at trainings to provide support and facilitate sessions.
Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Operational Management:Oversee and optimize operational processes for corporate training and coaching.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship building.
Coordinate service delivery schedules and logistics to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to service delivery.
Facilitate documentation and administrative processes as needed for corporate training programs.On-Site Support and Facilitation:Travel to training locations as needed to provide on-site support and facilitate training sessions.
Ensure smooth execution of training activities and respond to client needs during sessions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, program outcomes, and compliance activities.
Provide administrative support such as documentation management, data entry, and reporting.Qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred.
Proven experience in operations management, client relations, or similar roles within a service-oriented organization.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Frequent travel to client sites and training locations is required.
This role involves on-site presence at trainings to provide support and facilitate sessions.
Independent work style with the ability to manage tasks effectively without direct supervision.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules and needs.
