DOO you have what it takes? What you'll be working on: Funds Management: Deposits: Process customer deposit requests, ensure accurate fund allocation, and handle various payment methods (bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets).Withdrawals: Process withdrawal requests, verify customer identity, and ensure timely fund transfer to the correct destination.Transaction Monitoring and Reconciliation: Monitoring: Track all transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) to identify and resolve discrepancies.Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile client statements with internal records to ensure transaction accuracy.Customer/Sales Support and Communication: Inquiries and Assistance: Provide support to customers and sales teams regarding payment issues, delays, and transaction statuses.Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve disputes related to payment transactions, such as failed payments or unauthorized transactions.System and Process Management: Payment Systems: Manage and maintain payment processing systems and platforms, ensuring security and smooth operation.Process Improvement: Continuously enhance payment processes to improve efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Finance Team: Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of payment transactions.Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support to resolve payment-related customer issues swiftly and effectively.IT Department: Coordinate with IT to address technical issues with payment systems and implement system upgrades.Fraud Prevention: Fraud Detection: Implement measures to detect and prevent fraud in payment processes.Security Measures: Ensure the security of all payment transactions and adhere to industry data protection standards.Reporting and Analysis Daily/Monthly Reporting: Generating reports on payment activities, including volumes, processing times, and any issues encountered.Performance Analysis: Analyzing payment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Training and Development Staff Training: Training team members on the latest payment processes, compliance requirements, and customer service best practices.Knowledge Sharing: Sharing insights and updates on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new payment methods with the team. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Proven experience in payment processing, financial operations, or a related role. Proficiency in M365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard computer operations.Familiarity with payment processing software and CRM systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and perform detailed data analysis.Ability to handle complex payment issues, disputes, and system-related problems efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
