Position Overview The Assistant Performance Marketing Manager will lead the planning, management, and execution of performance marketing campaign for key strategic brand partners. This role involves collaborating with the eCommerce commercial team and brand teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet traffic and performance KPIs on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and others. The ideal candidate will have strong performance marketing expertise, extensive experience with online marketplaces, and tracked people leadership. Proficiency in social media marketing and CPAS is essential, along with effective communication within a multi-cultural team.
Principal Accountabilities/Scope §  Lead the development, execution, monitoring, and management of campaigns across multiple platforms and regions
§  Oversee daily budget management, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing to adhere to allocations and desired return
§  Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover and implement data-driven optimization strategies
§  Lead and shape the strategic direction for the performance marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
What You Will Be Doing §  Manage team performance and stakeholders, provide coaching and development, and foster a collaborative working environment
§  Ensure a data-led approach to all activities, creating a clear test-and-learn strategy
§  Lead test-and-learn strategy to gain insights into e-shoppers' traffic behavior
§  Lead implementation of Onsite and Offsite Media with clear advertising objectives, strategy, and tactics
§  Drive A/B testing and shopper-centric analytics
§  Media management proficiency required predominantly in onsite Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Collaborative Ads.
§  Report on key performance indicators, analytics, and data insights driven recommendations
§  Document and monitor campaign evolution to identify best practices
§  Present account reviews internally and to stakeholders
§  Lead development and presentation of Digital Marketing Joint Business Plans of assigned brands
§  Test and evaluate new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive, and provide added value
Requirements Who Are We Looking For §  Bachelor's Degree in related fields or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
§  At least five years of proven experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on online marketplaces and people management
§  Proficient in deriving insights from data, with strong analytical skills for generating and evaluating forecasts, metrics, and analysis
§  Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, effectively addressing issues in collaboration with teams
§  Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office Excel, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager
§  Have experience with marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, Zalora, Tokopedia, etc)
§  Strong communication and networking abilities
