Job Descriptions:Manage Service Performance Review
Support monthly or yearly audit testing by providing all relevant documentation.
Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data
Participate in UAT as needed.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment.
Job Requirements:Basic Graduate in any discipline is required.
1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in the Retail/CPG Industry.
Hands-on experience in working on Order to Cash process i.e., Agreements/Contracts, Claims, etc.
Experience in working on ERP systems i.e., SAP & Web-based tools.
