Company Background Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Banting, Selangor.
They specialize in- Manufacturing metal products Job Description Warehouse Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods Overseeing receiving, warehousing, rental warehousing which include Re-Packing and Repair Operation.
Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse layout Control inventory level by conducting physical counts and reconciling with system.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Implement best practices for inventory management, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and FIFO/LIFO principles Logistics Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including drivers and vehicle arrangement, scheduling, carrier selection, and transportation logistics.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders while minimizing shipping cost and transit time.
Collaborate with transportation providers and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and streamline freight operations.
