Job Description: Order Processing, Negotiation and MRP Latest product price check and price negotiationIssuance of Purchase Order (PO)Follow up on the delivery status Payment method and status Monitor raw material market trendGenerate and review PO suggestion Supplier Delivery -Order and Invoice Check supplier Delivery Order (DO) and invoice Check supplier replacement note Update receipt entry for non-stock inventory or office related inventory Reject and Replacement Obtain QA notification about the defective caseUpdate supplier for defective casePrepared MISC Delivery Order (DO) for supplier collection on defective item Follow up for replacement or credit note Request to Quote (RFQ) and Sourcing New Supplier New supplier sourcing, alternative product or material sourcing Review product specificationFollow up quotation and request for sampleRequest for QA verification of new sample or sample from new supplierProduct price comparison Fire Curtain Proceed customized ordering and update the incoming statusPrepare the monthly purchase for account (payment purpose) Inventory and Stock Level Review stock level and propose for ordering 3rd Party Transporter Check 3rd party transporter invoices biweekly or monthlySource for third party transporter lorry quotations Compliance and Others Prepared MISC Delivery Oder (DO) for supplier collection on sub-con process, service or repairing and etc Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purpose Participate in stock count activities Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time Job Requirement: At least 4- 5 year working experience in purchasing or manufacturing field will be ad advantages Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS)Fluent in written and spoken English, and able to converse well in Mandarin to manage supply planning for specific Asian marketsInventory management experience would be idealAbility to source effectively for new and potential suppliers and vendorsPosses good negotiation skillsGood attention to details (Detail oriented)Able to track stock levels of purchase Fast learner and able to pick up new vast range of SKUsGood learning attitude (training provided)Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.Self- motivated and to handle and execute multiple assigned task.Able to work in fast paced environment and under pressure.Strong communication skills, persuasive and good in negotiation.
