Manage AOP OPEX for 3rd Party Leasing & CWO:Optimize operating expenses by managing Automated Operational Procedures (AOP) for 3rd party leasing and Customer Work Orders (CWO).
Handle 3rd Party Leasing:Automate price sourcing with domestic and international partners, managing service orders, contracts, renewals, and terminations.
Process and Approve 3rd Party Invoices:Streamline invoice processing through automation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee Customer Work Order (CWO) Resources:Use process improvement techniques to manage costs and project deliverables efficiently.
Negotiate 3rd Party Prices:Utilize automation to consolidate and migrate services to our network for OPEX savings.
Manage Point of Interconnect (POI):Oversee the automation of POI management with other licensed operators.
Handle Activation/Deactivation of Circuits:Automate the processes for sub-sea cables (SMW3 & APCN2) activation and deactivation.
Work-Life Responsibilities:
3rd Party Leasing:Automate cost management and partner liaison for price quotes.
Finalize prices for management approval using streamlined processes.
Order services, and coordinate delivery and activation efficiently.
Verify and process invoices with automated systems.
Handle service terminations, upgrades, or renewals using process improvements.
Negotiate prices and monitor OPEX utilization through automation.
Produce timely reports leveraging automated tools.
Customer Work Orders (CWO):Automate contractor assignments and manage work delivery for CWOs.
Issue purchase requisitions and manage material distribution using process improvement strategies.
Process claims, manage variations, and evaluate contractor performance through automated systems.
Oversee the CWO budget for labour and materials across all regions efficiently.
Point of Interconnect (POI):Automate the establishment, upgrading, and analysis of POI with domestic telcos.
Verify and process invoice payments using automated systems.
Allocate and utilize the AOP budget effectively through process improvements.
Handle technical matters related to interconnect with new/revised MSAP by MCMC using streamlined processes.
International Submarine Cables (SMW3/APCN2):Manage circuit activation/deactivation through automated processes.
Verify and process invoices for international submarine cables using automation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
Knowledge of telecommunication business processes and negotiation skills with domestic/international partners.
Understanding of national and international telecommunications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a telecommunications company.
Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Quick learner with creative thinking and multitasking abilities.
