In this role, you will manage the NPDI of High Density and Liquid Cooling Asia - Liquid to Liquid Coolant Distribution Unit, Rack based coolant distribution unit, secondary fluid network and rack manifolds. Work closely with R&D, Pre-Sales and Sales team in enabling and promote the products, ensuring Market Unit can increase the revenue and margin in the Region. You will also work closely across departments to translate market needs into new product requirements, ensuring our offering stay ahead of technology.
Responsibilities: Product Management:Manage the Rack Liquid Cooling Thermal portfolio for SEA/ANZ/Pakistan/Japan/South Korea. Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product end of life. Work closely with global and regional offering team throughout the NPDI of the products.Keep abreast and stay informed of engineering changes on current products and tools, identify areas of improvements e.g. cost reductions, efficiency improvements etc.Participate and active in Global and Regional Offering (China, India, EMEA) in review meeting on Market Update, roadmap, competition, success cases and new technology.Develop and implement sales enablement tools and training to empower Sales and Pre-Sales team.Conduct market research, market trend, collect and analyse critical voice of customer and identify new product and solution opportunities.Stay abreast of competitors products, their value propositions, key features and industry trends.Conduct business cases, define application, determine technical product strategy, go-to-market and develop growth program for new product.Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, demand planning, engineering, operations, and finance to ensure seamless product launches and market success.Support government or agency approval activities.Market Roll-out / Promotion:
Coordinating market launch of new products and solution. Partner with marketing and communications to create compelling content and literature for new products.Participate in program with Market Unit to enable Partners/SI/OEM in offering High Density Thermal solution.Support and attend events, conference, trade shows and other marketing initiatives with speaking opportunities, including but not limited to surveys and journals. Solution Support: Acts as the technical expert and liaises between the sales & engineering departments.Provide rack based liquid cooling technical solution for complex customer opportunities and ensure other line of business including power and rack solutions are promoted as part of the overall solution.Collaborate with R&D and regional Technical Support members to ensure the customer requests are addressed, and products are developed on time. Support the R&D team by gathering user feedback, testing prototypes, and managing product documentations.Others Analyse the MU's quote activity to forecast product. Support Liquid Cooling subject matter experts' program.Work with Pricing team on product pricing strategy and product classification.Ensure product configuration, pricing and rating systems are up to date.Manage critical support situations and serve as third level technical support as necessary.Requirements: Bachelor / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC related engineering.Minimum 2-4 years of relevant Product Management experience or Data Center HVAC industries, pump or heat exchanger industries and construction industries.Strong Technical knowledge with high level of commitment to contribute to the success of Product & Solution Revenues & Margins.Good analytical, creative problem-solving skills, systematic and methodical in approaching problems. Good learning agility and the ability to stay abreast of technology trends and competitive landscape.Good time and project management skills. Aggressive in planning for and achieving targets.
