Senior Product Engineer

We are working with a FinTech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior Product Engineer to join their Malaysia team.
The package is competitive at RM156k- 228k/ year Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software engineering.Strong product mindset focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences.Versatility in frontend, backend, and infrastructure development.Expertise in designing highly-available distributed systems and micro-service architectures.Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, Express, and NestJS.Experience with React and React Native for web and mobile applications.Knowledge of communication patterns: REST, Kafka, gRPC.Familiarity with relational databases and data modeling.Experience with cloud-native technologies (containerization, orchestration, service meshes).Skills in performance optimization, including caching, auto-scaling, and database optimization.Proficient in using monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerts.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Develop efficient, scalable, and robust solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, React/React Native, and Go.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders in an agile environment.Uphold and contribute to internal coding standards and best practices.Identify and address blockers to improve team efficiency and iteration speed.
