Senior Product Innovation & Development Executive

Responsibilities:
Development of new products to meet strategic needs of various markets with unique market conditions.Liase with internal regulatory team on the rules & regulations to meet during product development.Work with internal technical team/R&D to develop new products.Conduct market survey to identify the trend of supplement, pricing, and customer's need.Research and study the technical information(studies) on the ingredients/product.Sourcing new ingredients with competitive priceWorks with supplier to develop new product to suit the customer's need and the schedule of the product production, shipping, logistic and etc.Assists to identify the product uniqueness and provide product information to marketing.Undertake any relevant duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.Requirements:
Degree in Science/Nutrition with Community Health/Food Science/Food Technology/Dietetics/Biochem/Pharmacology or Equivalent.1-2 years working experience in Supplement/Nutrition, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry will be added advantage.Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Analytical skills.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, manage time effectively.Able to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and willing to learn.
