What you'll do: Lead a cross-functional product team, overseeing everything from initial concept and planning through to successful release.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver the product as a service.
Create a shared vision of the future, implement strategies, and roll them out collectively.
Track and monitor product performance and adoption, iterating and making continuous improvements.
Enhance analytics by defining key metrics, building accessible dashboards, ensuring they remain up to date, and automating reporting processes.
Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research on our customer base, from designing and conducting user interviews to running tests and analyzing results.
Help your team gain a deep understanding of the problems we're solving, our customers, and the business, and align these insights to create meaningful impact.
Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners to ensure smooth collaboration and product delivery.
Who you are: Experience building products in one of the following domains: Documents processing: manual or automated documents processing workflows, data entry, OCR, quality control.
Back office products & software: ticketing, customer support, business process automation, ERP systems, staff performance management.
Accounting products & software: bookkeeping & accounting, financial reporting, AP/AR/General ledger systems.
E-commerce platforms: marketplaces, inventory management, integrations, reporting.
Marketplaces: technical integrations, partnerships.
Desire to understand your customers and identify opportunities to solve their problems.
Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate ideas with extreme clarity both verbally and in writing.
Experience managing a cross-functional team, as well as relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors and partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
