Job Description
SENIOR PRODUCT TECHNICIAN
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the product engineer in achieving test yield targets.
Maintain and qualify equipment, tools, and fixtures for production.
Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment, tools, and fixtures.
Provide technical support on processes to ensure uninterrupted production.
Execute small improvement projects to enhance process performance and efficiency.
Meet or exceed customer expectations in compliance with the Quality Policy.
Responsible for overall product yields and implementing actions to improve them.
Monitor reaction plans to improve product yield.
Responsible for product documentation (e.g., product specifications).
Ensure product transfer readiness and manage revision changes of documents.
Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping guidelines.
Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior.
Drive continual improvement initiatives.
Practice Risk-Based Thinking in planning and executing tasks.
Comply with ISO requirements, company rules and regulations, and applicable codes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Telecommunications).
At least 1 year of experience in a related industry and mass production environment.
Good computer literacy, communication skills, and ability to report information/data.
Familiarity with test instruments (Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscope, etc.).
Basic knowledge of RF is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives on product qualifications and improvements.
Knowledge of problem analysis and standard data analysis.
