Responsibilities:Ensuring all work orders and product information delivery accurately for the assigned plant to meet customer requirements.
Monitor production process to ensure production runs according to specifications (product details comply with work orders and adequate quantity).
Supervise and motivate subordinates in day-to-day operations.
Organise and manage production documents e.g.
work orders, WIP, etc.
Propose actions needed to improve the production process to ensure production meets the targets set.
Responsible for production efficiency and effectiveness control.
Monitor incoming & outgoing goods inclusive of the inspection of quantity.
Responsible for action taking in non-conformance products.
Prepare daily production performance output report to the director.
Undertake any other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
