SENIOR PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE | BUKIT PASIRResponsibilities:
Oversee production operations : Manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure quality standards : Monitor and enforce product quality control procedures.
Optimize production processes : Identify and implement improvements in production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Team management : Lead, train, and supervise production staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Resource allocation : Manage materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production goals and deadlines.
Collaborate with departments : Work closely with R&D, quality control, and supply chain teams to meet production targets.
Problem-solving : Address and resolve production issues, delays, and bottlenecks promptly.
Reporting : Generate regular production reports for senior management, including progress, challenges, and KPIs.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
