Senior Production Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Executive to join our team at The Inside Scoop Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Larut, Matang and Selama District Perak, and will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output
Monitoring and maintaining production equipment to optimise performance
Implementing process improvements and optimising workflows to enhance productivity
Providing training and guidance to production staff to develop their skills
Collaborating with the wider team to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks
Generating detailed production reports and performance analysis
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet specifications
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior production or manufacturing role
Experience in food and beverage production
Ability to work in shifts (Night Shift), as required by the production schedule
Strong understanding of production processes, equipment maintenance and quality control
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team of production staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in analysing data and generating detailed reports
Knowledge of relevant health, safety and quality regulations
