Senior Project Engineer leading the team to manage the planning and processes of a project and delegate responsibilities to ensure the project is completed efficiently and successfully.
Main tasks and responsibilitiesLeadership - Lead and supervise project team to manage project objectives.
Planning - Required to be analytical and precise, in order to explore alternative solutions and analyse feasibility of plans.
Manage project objectives - Ensure products/projects are delivered as per required quality, lead time and cost.
Investment - Prepare CAPEX/OPEX budgets and Cost Benefit Analysis.
Communications - Responsible to organize appropriate meetings and information sharing to ensure project team members are well informed on project status.
Decision making - Take decision on any ad-hoc situation of project.
Project team competency development - Organize training, project post-mortem to improve project management.
Procedure maintenance - Develop, communicate and maintain industrialization project procedures.
What you'll need to succeedEducation
Min Diploma in any Engineering field.
Experience
5 years experience in Project management.
Skills
MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Communication.
Leadership.
Able to handle pressure while leading project team members from various departments.
High drive to bring changes in project management.
