Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Executive at Platinum Victory in WP, Kuala Lumpur.
The Senior Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of project development, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
Daily tasks may include project planning, coordination with stakeholders, budget management, quality control, and reporting on project progress.
Qualifications
Project Management, Construction Management, and Real Estate Development skills
Experience in budget management, stakeholder coordination, and project planning
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
Previous experience in property development or construction industry is a plus
