Senior/ Project Manager

TheSenior/ Project Manageris responsible for all phases of the project, from designing to implementing project plans to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Lead assigned teams in the timely execution of projects to ensure delivery within budget with responsibility for high productivity and performance.
Manage material resources efficiently and ensure profitability of assigned projects.
Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and solutions as required on projects.
Ensure high safety and quality standards are met.
Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: 5 years' experience in Data Center projects, with a total of 10 - 15 years' construction experience.
Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design, MEP, and Contracts Management.
Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and complete projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
