Responsibilities:Coordinate the design and planning works in consultation with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other professional consultants at the planning and design stages of development projects.
Liaise with local authorities for land matters, plans approval, and inspection of development projects.
Coordinate with consultants, quantity surveyors, and internal contract department for tendering of development projects.
Plan, organize, manage, and implement development projects.
Requirements:Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management position with a PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT FIRM.
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, Housing, Building & Planning.
Familiar with development policy and guidelines.
Ability to work independently and to lead a project management team.
Possess own transport.
