Senior Psp Assistant (Digital)

UNHCR Malaysia is now looking for a highly motivated and self-driven digital fundraising program expertise with proven track record in digital fundraising and / or direct marketing and digital marketing experience acquired in the commercial sector, to support the expansion of UNHCR digital fundraising acquisition program in Malaysia. 
Purpose and Scope of Assignment  Assist in planning and implementing online acquisition / fundraising campaigns, including but not limited to always–on search and display, crowdfunding, and social media marketing. Assist in digital activities that support omnichannel efforts such as Direct Response TV fundraising, face to face fundraising and lead generation. Assist in reviewing, digitizing, scheduling and adapting web content from UNHCR local and global perspectives to enrich the content and interactions of emails, web sites, mobile and social media platforms (organic and paid) i.e., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and etc., which target donors and prospects, in order to leverage the awareness, engagement, and optimize donation performance to meet with the programs' objectives; Assist in analysing and providing user journeys, mobile and social media insights, and to optimize the engagement and conversion performance and then execute the implementation to increase the acquisition and engagement programmes; Assist in producing, consolidate and coordinate all digital assets between UNHCR offices and external agencies to ensure programs' execution efficiency and effectiveness in order to meet the campaigns objectives; Assist in determining the promotional tactic to increase web traffic and engagement that meet the programs' objectives and conversions; Assist and coordinate procurement process and execute related administrative work that complement the above duties when necessary;Assist Digital fundraising coordinator on social media monitoring and community management;Assist Digital Fundraising coordinator for digital content creation and management (scheduling, monitoring, and reporting); Any other responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor(s); Monitoring and Progress Controls Monitor and analyse performance ensuring that all digital targets and key performance indicators are met or exceeded and ensuring optimal donor quality and increase lifetime value.Functionally guided by PSP Digital Associate, the position will be involved in weekly work report to supervisor by PSP Officer. Campaign report and evaluation to supervisor. Mid-year and year-end evaluations with supervisor.  Qualifications and Experience Education (Level and area of required and/or preferred education)Completion of Secondary Education, or University degree in Communication, or Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
 Work Experience Minimum 2 years for High School Diploma and 1 years for BA or higher in digital marketing/fundraising.  Experience of developing and executing fundraising digital tactic and/or direct sales at a national level. 
 Key Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadlines required. Ability to engage with external vendors at a strategic and operational level and coordinating multiple stakeholders required. Ability to work independently without direct supervision required. Well experience of computerized accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required. Well-articulated, good communicator at ease with persons of different cultural/educational backgrounds desired. Proven experience in running digital performance campaigns through search, social and display desired. Knowledge of mobile marketing, social media marketing, content management, digital communications, digital tracking, and analytics desired. Experience in digital content management (web, video, and blogs) and active management of social media community desired. Knowledge of refugee issues and of UNHCR or another human rights-oriented agency an asset. Understanding of the NGO sector and private sector fundraising an asset. Written and verbal fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required. Knowledge of other UN languages e.g. Mandarin an asset, as well as Cantonese desired. *You will need to apply directly on UNHCR's recruitment platform on Workday.
