Job Responsibilities:Ensure the proper management of procurement department operations
Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
Conduct a comparative analysis on supplier prices
Ensure the proper processing of assigned customer orders
Monitor purchasing & warehouse management
Understand every model – carton artwork requirement from Marketing Team
Communicate closely with R&D when the new model product items supplied
Handle & create all suppliers PO for Export sales
Release all supplier Purchase Order as shipment tracker
Monitoring of supplier process, ensure supplier delivery as scheduled
Arrange & plan hardware material listing to store – to supply hardware for supplier packing purpose
Monitor prompt delivery from packing supplier
Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers
Ensure the timely delivery of quality products at the lowest possible cost
Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices and quantity of supplies
Responsible for planning & directing material supply & reducing cost while improving quality
Ensure all stock quantities tally with store actual quantity & system
Requirements:Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible and able to work within deadlines
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
Preferably knowledge of auto count system
