As a digital healthcare leader, WhiteCoat partners global insurance giant, AIA, large conglomerates and other government, and financial organisations to spearhead the way for wider access to affordable healthcare across the Southeast Asia region.We are looking for aSenior QA / Product Managerto lead the development and quality management of key projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellence across multiple product streams, supporting our expansion across ASEAN markets, and aligning with WhiteCoat's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
System Integrations
Manage and oversee seamless integration of systems and platforms to meet compliance and operational needs.
Market Expansion
Drive product localization and execution strategies for entry into ASEAN markets, ensuring tailored solutions for diverse user needs.
Cross-Team Feature Planning
Collaborate with internal teams to plan, prioritize, and execute features that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Product Quality Management
Implement and uphold robust quality assurance processes, ensuring high standards for performance and compliance.
Optimize testing, iteration cycles, and delivery timelines.
Leadership and Collaboration
Work across teams, including engineering, operations, and business units, to deliver impactful solutions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
5-8 years in product management, preferably in digital services or platform-based industries.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
Strong expertise in quality assurance frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Proven ability to manage system integrations and cross-functional projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Track record of delivering projects across diverse markets.
