Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Prepare and calculate cost during and post tender. Request quotation from supplier/subcontractor. Issues purchase order & certificate payment. Prepare budget monitor. Prepare Final Account & Variation Order. Able to work as a team. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. Review the work progress on daily basis. Compile internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks. Requirements: Understanding with construction management software packages. Competent in conflict and crisis management. Strong leadership and human resources management skills. Good time and project management skills. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related field. At least 1-2 Years experience Able to work independently Preferably experience in Contractor's company Good negotiation skill
