Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contract Executive

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVEResponsibilities:
Prepare Monthly Claim: Assisting in the resolution of claims and disputes, including preparing supporting documentation, participating in negotiation processes, and providing expert advice on cost-related matters.
Quantity Takeoff and Measurement: Conducting detailed quantity takeoffs from project drawings and specifications, accurately measuring quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required.
To carry out site valuation/site measurement for contractors' claims.
Variation and Change Management: Assessing and managing variations and changes to the scope of work, including evaluating their impact on project costs and negotiating with contractors and clients to reach mutually acceptable agreements.
Subcontractor Management: Preparing LOA, verifying subcontractor claims, and preparing monthly subcontractor certifications.
Site Meetings and Valuation: Attending site meetings, conducting site visits, verifying completed work, and preparing payment certificates for contractors and subcontractors.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertaking additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Contract Management, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge in infrastructure is preferred.
