Your new role
We are looking for a capable individual to be part of our COE in talent acquisition for Malaysia, covering the full spectrum of the talent acquisition process.
You will be responsible for the attracting and sourcing of candidates.
This will give you a great opportunity to be a business partner to plan our talent pipeline.
You will also be the brains behind employer branding activities and strategise innovative ways of promoting Hays as an employer of choice.
You'll also be utilising and maximising social media channels and tools to market the Hays brand as an employer of choice and showcase the career paths, culture and people at Hays.
What you'll need to succeed
In this role, you will need experience in the following areas:
Establishing credible relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert in talent acquisition
Delivering the targeted objectives and effectively hit the headcount target of the organisation
Hiring the best talent through talent mapping and competitor analysis
To proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates
Manage and develop sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other creative search methods
Leveraging universities / relevant bodies, social media, and other recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates
5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
Subject-matter expert in direct sourcing strategies to engage, attract, and nurture passive candidates.
