-Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist the best candidates for each role.
-Source high-quality candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks.
-Conduct pre-interview screenings to ensure candidate qualifications and suitability.

-Build long-term, trusted relationships with new and existing clients by providing valuable information, including salary benchmarks, talent movements, and industry insights.
-Mentor junior consultants, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and results.

; Requirements:-
-Dynamic individual with at least three years of work experience in any field or job function
-Expertise in recruitment practices, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices would be an added advantage
-Strong sales mindset with a strong determination to succeed
-Fluency or business level of English communication
-Ability to work under pressure and a dynamic environment
-Team player, self motivated and resilient
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients and candidates.
