Support importers and distributors to drive sales growth, expand product ranges, and provide end-user demonstrations of products.
Target and develop major bodyshop opportunities with the Technical Team, introducing new products to existing and potential customers.
Evaluate and onboard new importers/distributors, gather market intelligence through research and cold calling, and attend trade shows.
Conduct field trials for product development, recognize brand initiatives, and create action plans for continual regional improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies, enhance operating efficiencies, and influence key decision-makers for consistent service delivery.
Complete short-term projects and provide support to the Company as requested by leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
The Successful ApplicantA successfulSenior Regional Sales Specialist (APAC)should have:
A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Channel/Distribution Sales experience with Pricing and Promotion knowledge.
Strong knowledge of technical products and market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
High flexibility to travel around APAC - 60% of the time.
