A Senior RTR role involves overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of financial reporting processes, including general ledger, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.

DescriptionEnsure accurate and timely processing of general ledger entries, fixed asset transactions, banking transactions, financial and management reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and support for local statutory and tax compliance (direct and indirect), in line with policies, procedures, and local accounting standards.
Collaborate closely with Operating Units (OpCo) Finance to stay updated on current activities and ensure all changes are accurately reflected in financial statements.
Work with OpCo to resolve aged balance sheet items.
Monitor and resolve outstanding issues, escalating to relevant parties as needed.
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are consistently met.
Take ownership of applicable internal controls related to RTR processes.
Collaborate proactively with team lead/manager to identify, suggest, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
ProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and/or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA, etc.).
At least 4 years of work experience, with 2 years handling full set accounts for the Senior Analyst role.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting for the Analyst role.
Prior experience in audit and tax is a plus.
Experience in an MNC environment and with consolidated group accounts is advantageous.
Familiarity with ERP systems is required.
Able to speak and write Mandarin as this candidate is required to serve Mandarin-speaking regions.
