Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Advisor at Pastry World Malaysia located in Shah Alam. The Senior Sales Advisor will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer service, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The role involves promoting and selling our bakery products and meeting sales and profit targets.
Responsibilities: Develop new businesses from existing and new customers (i.e., sharing solution / ideas to customers to grow their business).Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance effectively and efficiently to increase sales growth.Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing order.Reaching out to potential leads through referrals, social media and etc.Coordinate effectively and efficiently with Company related department to ensure customers requirement / needs are fulfilled accordingly.Provide information to finance department on incoming and completed orders, as a basis for forecasting cash flow.To assist in the collection of account receivables and ensure payment of customers are up to date.To provide quotation and attend customer issues / complaints.To prepare presentation and product demos as and when needed.Prepare daily and weekly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales activities, customer service, personnel performance, competitive activity and other relevant market survey information.To coordinate and follow up with related department (i.e., QC, Logistics, OP, and Production) on customers' new projects or customer complaint.To be aware and alert on competitor activity and other relevant market information to assist Sales & Marketing team for further developments.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing sales target set by Company.Provide leadership support to team's members and superior whenever is required.Manage and execute sales strategy.Provide administration support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.At least 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or similar industry/position.Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities.Sales expertise and experience in developing sales strategies.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Committed, mature, have pleasant disposition and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
