As a Senior Sales and Business Development Director, Fastlane Recruit is looking for someone on behalf of our client to play a vital role in expanding their global presence by hunting new business opportunities,promoting their IP (Internet Protocol) address trading and management services, and developing a dynamic sales team.
You'll work closely with the executive team to drive results aligned with the client's international growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:New Business Development:Identify and pursue business opportunities, actively networking to foster strong customer relationships.
Sales Team Leadership:Build and lead a results-driven sales team to execute tasks and meet assigned business objectives.
Product Promotion:Promote IP address trading and Internet solutions to potential clients, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research:Conduct in-depth studies to locate unused IP resources globally, supporting the client'smarket positioning.
Strategic Alignment:Operate in alignment with the client'sglobal strategies for IP space management to achieve business objectives.
Account Management:Manage customer accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions and identifying opportunities to expand services.
Industry Engagement:Represent the clientat industry events to promote our solutions, strengthening our brand presence and building networks.
Additional Duties:Participate in other sales and marketing initiatives as directed by the leadership team.
Requirements:Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:3+ years in sales management, preferably with a proven track record in team leadership.
Skills:Self-motivated, fast learner, adaptable, and agile, with a strong business acumen.
Languages:Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential; proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, German) is advantageous.
