Job DescriptionSummary of the job:
As the incumbent, you will be a seasoned employee possessing leadership and organizational aptitude to oversee customer focus, product expertise, adaptability, team cooperation, and guaranteeing a seamless customer journey. Meticulous attention to detail is essential throughout tasks encompassing record-keeping precision and upholding impeccable product presentation and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning work of all areas in the branch, maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable boutique environment.
Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
Achieve monthly personal sales targets.
Arrange products for neat and proper product display appearances and presentation.
Conduct daily stock counts and restock items that are running low.
Take charge of the cashier counter when appointed.
Perform duties to grind lenses as arranged by the superior.
Perform proper filing of documents.
Receive parcels or documents and follow up as necessary.
Attend to all customers at all times.
Provide clear and precise information and specifications to the end users of the company's products.
Provide support during the opening and closing of the branch.
Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs/projects as required by the direct superior from time to time.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Job RequirementsFormal Qualifications:
SPM or equivalent preferred.
Preferably 1 year of experience specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Competencies (Skills & Knowledge):
To make customers feel welcome and leveraged.
To lead junior/entry-level sales assistants.
Presenting and selling products.
Able to converse effectively with customers and colleagues.
Have a customer and sales-oriented mindset.
At least 2 years of experience in retail and/or sales.
