Melapor kepada pengurus syarikat tentang tugas dan tanggungjawab berikut:

membuka dan menutup dkedai diwaktu hari kerja;mengalu dan melayan pelanggan;memahami kehendak pelanggan;merekemen dan memaparkan item yang dicari pelanggan;mengekalkan kondisi kedai dengan baik;menentukan stok produk sentiasa penuh;mengurus kaunter jualan, pengiraan stok dan laporan jualan harian;aktif dalam kerja menerima stok baru;sentiasa terkini tentang informasi produk;memberi huraian tepat tentang ciri-ciri produk dan faedahnya kepada pelanggan;mengawasi kerja-kerja Pembantu Jualan;menentukan polisi syarikat dan prosedur pelaporan kedai di patuhi dangan ketat. Report to the company manager on the following duties and responsibilities:
Responsible to open and close the outlet during working daysWelcome and greet customersAscertain customer's needs and wantsRecommend and display items that match customer needsMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsMaintain a fully stocked outletManage point-of-sale, stock taking and daily sales reportActively involve in receiving of new stocksKeep up to date with product informationAccurately describe product features and benefits to customers?Monitor the activities of the Sales Assistants?Ensure the company policiy and shop reporting procedures are adhered to.
