Job Description Responsibilities: Market and develop new business opportunities by selling Company's products such as switchgears, transformers, control & relay panels and other power engineering and control & automation products & services to domestic utility market (TNB/SEB/SESB/Contractor).Conduct market survey for gap analysis and awareness of competitors' information.Undergo technical trainings/ exams/ product presentations & demonstrations to reach Competency Level set by the Company.Identify and manage customers' requirements including providing pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales service.Learn, understand and comply to "Sales Process Flow" and EBS processes.Prepare and compile all related documents to comply with ISO requirement and be involved in internal audits and external audits.Prepare competitive techno-commercial offer for tenders/ enquiries, liaise with suppliers and internal departments to obtain quotations, capacity, costings, drawings and other supporting documents for tender submission.Negotiate for special sales and contract terms prior to closing sales.Establish & maintain good relationship with customers/ potential clients and all internal parties which are involved in securing and meeting sales target.Meet sales target and strive to bring in maximum profit for the Company.Prepare weekly sales report, monthly sales forecast, monthly prospect list & yearly MTP.Attend meetings/ trainings/ visits assigned by Superior.Carry out assigned tasks and duties in accordance with instructions, and to comply with Quality, environment and safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.To report any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence or dangerous condition to their line management and suggestion for further improvement.Ensure that all personal protective clothing/equipment provided are used.
