Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing activities among all M&E contractors, consultants & developers for Pyrotec and Furutec products.
Ensure good relationships and provide excellent service to customers, consultants & developers.
Build close rapport with specifiers to ensure Furutec Busduct is specified.
Report activities, project status, and forecast sales & collections to the respective manager.
Assist the admin team in ensuring smooth fulfillment of order delivery.
Identify any inefficiencies and suggest improvement proposals where possible to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset.
Deliver results within the value system of EITA, emphasizing the importance of EITA values and behavior expectations.
Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 2 years' experience in technical sales and marketing in the construction industry.
Able to speak in English; candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
A willingness to work remotely, travel frequently, and possess own transport.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
