Business or Engineering degree, with proven experience in sales and marketing and business development, preferably in the HVAC Commercial Building sectors Minimum 5 years' experience in related role Proven track record in driving initiatives, results and engagement via others Proven leadership experience in a virtual and matrix environment Understand the Malaysia market within HVAC Commercial Building sectors Entrepreneur mindset with high level of energy and confidence and strong appetite for challenges Strong communication skills English language Ambitious and has a strong drive to succeed.
