YOUR ROLE Ready to join a great team as Senior Sales Engineer in our General Manufacturing & Maintenance Business Unit (BU)You will implement BU Global Strategy in the territory assignedYou create and manage opportunities in the defined (geographical) sales territoryYou manage new customer acquisition and penetrationYou are responsible for updating, training & educating customers & distributorsYou find new opportunities and build CRM (ACE Project pipeline) thru group selling activities (GSAs), DTS (for distributor sales force) and CTS (for existing/potential customers)You drive distributor sales performanceYou build sales demand forecast based on distributor/customer needsYou will also actively follow up and feedback on leads generated by marketingYou coordinate and escalate challenges/opportunities to Technical Customer Service / Product Development / Business Development /Purchasing /Customer Service / Supply Chain teams to support customer & Henkel needs YOUR SKILLS Min.
5 years of sales experience, with experience in the General Manufacturing sectorsWell versed in Microsoft office and other business digital platformsGood presentation and communication skillsAmbitious and self-starterWillingness to challenge status quo At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
