What You'll Do:
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies:Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
Build Lasting Relationships:Connect with potential buyers, earning their trust and ensuring a memorable customer experience that encourages repeat business.
Showcase Our Best Properties:Lead engaging, informative presentations that highlight the unique features, competitive pricing, and availability of our top-tier property developments.
Lead Inspiring Property Tours:Conduct compelling property viewings, including both virtual and in-person tours, creating an immersive experience for potential buyers.
Seamlessly Facilitate Transactions:Guide buyers through every step of the sales journey, from paperwork and contracts to coordinating financing options.
Collaborate with Team Members:Work closely with the sales team to develop impactful campaigns that generate leads and boost sales.
Stay Ahead of the Market:Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor movements, and local and overseas property regulations to provide clients with valuable, up-to-date insights.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Cantonese & fluent in Mandarin speaking is preferred for Mandarin speaking clients.
Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel to overseas roadshows when required.
Experience in selling to overseas buyers and with a ready database of overseas agents will be prioritized.
Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Organizational skills, dynamic personality, and ability to work independently.
