Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Strategy:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand market trends and customer needs to position our SaaS solutions effectively.
Client Consultation:Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored SaaS solutions that address their goals.
Sales Presentations and Demos:Deliver compelling product presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our SaaS offerings and differentiating us from competitors.
Negotiation and Closing:Lead contract negotiations, handle pricing discussions, and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
Relationship Management:Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Provide post-sale support and assist clients with onboarding and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to provide feedback for product improvement.
Reporting and Analytics:Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to document and monitor sales interactions and outcomes.
Job RequirementsJob Requirements:
At least 3 years of working experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the digital solutions and SaaS
Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
