-Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.-Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in Process Instrumentation.-Strong understanding of Process Instrumentation and Controls. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.-Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.-A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
