Responsibilities:
Perform assembly process operation as instructed by the production manager.
Carry out process checking and record results whenever required.
Comply with working rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping at all times.
Cooperate and commit with the team to achieve assembly plans and quality of assembled products.
Report any equipment or process malfunction to the project leader.
Update BOM List and ETL of project daily.
Provide machine set-up, training, and buy-off at customer's site.
Develop machine User Manual.
Willing to perform shift duties in times of urgency or whenever the need arises.
Perform machine electrical and pneumatic wiring with minimum assistance.
Document pneumatic diagrams.
Perform machine I/O Test independently.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in machine manufacturing field/automation line.
Required Technical Skills: Troubleshooting, problem-solving.
Required Documentation Skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
Candidate who is able to commit and start work immediately is preferred.
