Senior Smt Engineer

Responsibilities:
Plan, direct and oversee activities of SMT department to meet business goals and objectives.
Train, upgrade, motivate, appraise, award and formulate a group vision of team success.
Determine proper reaction to change instructions and take steps to prevent problems.
Establish effective utilization of SMT manpower, equipment and facilities.
Optimize production line utilization to contribute to high production yield, performance and quality.
Ensure all SMT facility and machinery are properly maintained to enable continuous plant optimum operation.
Pay high attention to employee work safety and health.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 requirements, customer requirements, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 requirements management system audit work.
Good interpersonal communication skills, problem analysis and problem solving abilities.
