Senior Social Media Executive

-Strategy Development and Execution:


-Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.


-Create engaging content (e.g., graphics, copy, videos) that drives audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.


-Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support product launches, events, and brand awareness initiatives.


-Content Creation and Management:


-Collaborate with creative teams to design and produce social media content that resonates with target audiences.


-Oversee the creation and curation of content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).


-Maintain and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of posts, stories, and ads.


-Community Engagement and Relationship Building:


-Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and audiences across social media platforms.


-Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key stakeholders.


-Foster a positive community atmosphere through active communication and engagement.


-Performance Monitoring and Reporting:


-Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as engagement rates, impressions, conversions, and ROI.


-Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.


-Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on social media performance to senior management.


-Paid Social Media Campaigns:


-Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).


-Optimize paid campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and meet campaign objectives.


-Collaborate with the digital advertising team to align organic and paid social strategies.


-Trend Analysis and Competitive Research:


-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.


-Analyze competitor social media activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.


-Continuously explore new social media platforms and strategies to enhance the brand's presence.


-Collaboration with Other Departments:


-Work closely with the content, PR, design, and customer support teams to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.


-Provide social media insights and recommendations for integrated marketing campaigns.


-Support the development of blog posts, website content, and email marketing with social media expertise.

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
