Senior Specialist - K2 Collaboration & Workflow

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced K2 and Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions using K2 and Power Platform technologies.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and create efficient and effective solutions that meet the needs of our organization.Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain K2 and Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improve workflow efficiency.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design and implement scalable and reliable solutions using best practices in K2 and Power Platform development.Create and maintain documentation including technical designs, process flow diagrams, and user guides.Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to K2 and Power Platform solutions, including performance optimization and debugging.Stay updated with the latest advancements in K2 and Power Platform technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing technical expertise and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Relevant certifications in K2 and Power Platform development are a plus.Proven experience as a Senior Developer working with K2 and Power Platform technologies, including designing and developing complex solutions.Strong proficiency in K2 Five and K2 Cloud platforms, including process design, SmartObjects, SmartForms, and integration capabilities.Proficiency in Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power BI.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and experience with Agile development practices.Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.Experience integrating K2 and Power Platform solutions with external systems and databases.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
