Senior Specialist Order Management

In your new role you will:Be part of the Engineering Order Management team and by that ensure our supply chain competitiveness by innovating our processes and ensuring efficient collaboration.Take over responsibility within the Customer Allocation Process in Order Management and by that organize and drive continuous improvement activities with respect to digitalization and automation.Act as trusted partner within the Allocation community and by that steer the overall process governance and stabilityActively work on global projects, always with having the end-to-end view in mind.Collect and align user requirements with the global business community and document them in requirement specifications.Work with IT for the respective system changes and conduct user acceptance tests as well as execute trainings in close cooperation with our process users.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Engineering or similar; Supply Chain/ Finance and/or Project Management emphasis preferred.At least 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, preferably within the semiconductor industry covering customer order management or logistics.Extensive skills in process and tool improvements in Supply Chain ( in projects, as a key user or trainer).Proven Experience in the following areas: SAP Order Management (SAPSD module)Experience in Allocation Handling is a plusAbility to understand new processes quickly, working in a dynamic business environment.Proven experience in project management and/or working as part of a project team.Knowledge of SAP ERP applications is an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluent in English Language.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work effectively in a international team environment and to work with employees at all levels of the organization.Interest and motivation to work on supply chain interfacing processes.Excellent relationship building skills.Results driven and solutions oriented.Strong problem-solving ability.Work proactively with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.
