The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.OverviewThis role is a hybrid role which encompasses leadership of a group of soft services internal professional.
To have a good leadership skill to manage people reporting under.
A core soft services skilled individual with a great passion towards making improvements in employees soft services management.Responsibilities1.
Leading Soft ServicesLead a group of soft services team comprises of Pest Control Management, Janitorial Management, Cafeteria Management, Transportation and Hostel Management.Possess a good knowledge in soft services management with a good technical and critical management knowledge.Manage a group of soft services professional to perform and align with KPIs.Keep a good retention plan for subordinates reporting under.Able to guide soft services team for every trait of soft services management.Able to make best decision to the betterment of business needs related but not limited to soft services.Other responsibilities as assign by Facilities Operation Manager.2.
Manage Coffee Shop, Mini Market and POS systemMonitor the operational and management of coffee shop and mini market.Propose improvement ideas and lead projects on continuous improvements.Work with external vendors in improving employee's satisfaction towards coffee shop and mini market.Keep track a good data to measure performance of vendors (i.e: dine-in percentage, employees satisfaction feedbacks, customer service, and etc).Maintain POS system in best condition.Maintain a good vendor management with clear KPIs.3.
Manage EventsSupport and arrange internal events; arrangements of setting up locations, foods ordering preparations, vendors registration, alignment with requestors and other related tasks for events management.Monitor and update project timelines to ensure events are delivered on time.Participate and assists in event evaluation, collecting feedbacks, metrics, and recommendations for improvements.Setup proper guidelines for event management; request dateline, food ordering template, room arrangements datelines and other related item to ease communication and arrangements.Ensure safety is at top notch.Maintain a good vendor management with clear KPIs.RequirementsPreferably with facilities experience with more than 5 years technical and critical management experience with employees' soft services traits.Good in supervising and able to work together with team members reporting under and able to maintain a good collaboration within departments.Good Team player and great teamwork.
Able to handle multi tasks.
Data oriented individual.Good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact with different level people/employee in same/different organization.Good soft skills and interpersonal skills.Can read and speak in English and Malay
