Position Responsibilities
End-to-End Development and Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
-Oversee entire product development process from ideation to commercialization.
-Work with multiple stakeholders to drive product launch.
-Contribute insights and recommendations for market positioning, target audience, and competitive differentiators.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
-Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GTM initiatives.
-Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of GTM strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Pricing and Cost Management
-Ensure balance between cost and quality of product is optimal.
-Responsible for entire product portfolio and category pricing strategy is effective and optimized.
-Assist in creating and managing budgets for innovation or special projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
-Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing systems.
-Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey project updates, challenges, and successes.
-Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
Operational Efficiency and Optimization
-Streamline operational workflow.
-Drive process improvements projects to reduce operational load.
-Collaborate with Innovation team to drive menu offboarding process with key stakeholders to optimize menu offerings.
Consumer Insights
-Conduct surveys, focus groups to gather consumer feedback.
-Analyze consumer feedback and make data-driven adjustments to refine and optimize products.

Qualifications and Experience
-At least bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related field required.
-More than 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on product launches.
-Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
-Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, able to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance metrics to drive successful product launches.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
-Plus point on knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices related to product development and launch processes.
