Senior Specialist, Product Pricing & Portfolio Analysis

Key Responsibilities:
To develop technical & Actuarial pricing (e.g. GLM modelling by using Emblem) To perform portfolio analysis and provide regular dashboards to respective committees, task forces and business units to ensure the sustainability in profitability and price competitiveness in the market. To prepare regular dashboards and support the distribution heads for intermediaries monitoring and business planning.To establish, develop and maintain of the Pricing Strategy, Policy, Guidelines & SOP to be adopted by the Company.Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and surveys as requested by regulators. (e.g. BNM)  Requirements: 

1. Bachelor Degree - Relevant professional qualification and/or degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related quantitative studies.
2. At least 5 years in product pricing and lead a team
3. Strong analytical and statistical skills
4. Good knowledge to the industry and regulatory guidelines and practices in General Insurance
5. Good in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in SAS, Emblem and SQL will be added advantages
